Warm salad of mushrooms and Lustenberger 1862
15 minutes preparation and cooking time
- 2 Tbsp. Fruit vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Apple juice
- Some Mustard
- 6 Tbsp. Rapeseed oil
- 1 tsp. Dried herbs
- Some salt, pepper
- 200 grams Lustenberger 1862
- 150 grams Mixed salad
- 200 grams Mushrooms, quartered
- Some ghee
- Cut the Lustenberger 1862 into cubes and set aside. Mix together all of the ingredients for the sauce. Season. Mix the mixed salad with the sauce and serve in glasses or bowls.
- Fry the mushrooms in a frying pan in ghee or frying cream for 3-5 minutes. Season. Spread over the salad with the Lustenberger 1862.
