Stuffed pears

Cheese: Lustenberger 1862 fruity and tangy

  • 4 pears
  • 1 lemon
  • 220 grams Lustenberger 1862
  • ½ cup of natural yogurt
  • Salt, pepper
  • Walnuts and red grapes for decoration



  1. Grate the Lustenberger 1862, add the yogurt and grated zest from one half of a lemon, season and puree everything well.
  2.  Wash the pears, cut in half, remove the cores and drizzle with fresh lemon juice. Put the cheese in the pear halves, decorate with grapes and walnuts and you're done!
